VALUATION AND PROPERTY CONSULTANCY

Part of Valuation and Property Consultancy;

  • Valuation of development land Padang POLO (25.53acres) in the Mukim of Pekan Baru Sungai Buloh District of Petaling Selangor Darul Ehsan. Valuation date is 17 October 2013. The Open Market Value is RM166, 800,000.00
  • Valuation of Hotel De Palma, Ampang (1.003acres) inthe Mukim of Bandar Ampang District of Hulu Langat Selangor. Valuation date is 10O October 2013. The Open Market Value is RM62, 600,000

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE

  • Manage and maintain 8 Government Complex Block parcel E Ministry of Health Complex at Present 2 Putrajaya (2009-2010)
  • Become a consulting and marketing consultant for the Five-Level Complex owned by KPPMS in Section 3 Shah Alam.
  • Member of the Federal Building Management Authority (2000- 2001) under the Prime Minister’s Department of Economic Planning Unit and monitored the building management work of the appointed company.
